Fr. Dr. Boby Thaiparambil OCD

Fr Dr Boby Xavier obtained PhD Clinical Psychology and Psychotherapy, from University Of Basel, Switzerland. He has also done MA Formative Spirituality and Counselling: (Dharmaram Vidya Kshetram, Bangalore) and Diploma in Parapsychology (College of Holistic Training, UK). He did internship training at Sangath Mental Health in Goa. He has worked as an ACT Therapist at Unispital (hospital) Switzerland and as Guest lecturer in Rajagiri, St. Teresa’s college, and as Psychology Faculty at SH Philosophical college, and Jyothir Bhavan. He worked as the counsellor in Aswas counselling center, and has also provided student counseling services at several schools. Presently, he is a Psychotherapist at St. Joseph hospital Manjummel, Kerala and provides counseling and psychotherapy services at Holy Family Monastery, Kacherippadi, Kochi. His expertise in psychotherapy includes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Parenting Guidance, and Family Therapy.
