Privacy Policy

Mindcarmel is committed to protecting your privacy and the confidentiality of any personal information you share with us including the information provided as part of individual or family counseling. However, Mindcarmel will not be accountable for any psychological or other difficulties incurred during the counseling sessions, but the Counselor and client/participants of therapy will be personally accountable subject to the terms and conditions. Each Couselor in his/her personal capacity holds the legal responsibility, under the POCSO Act 2012 or PWDVA-2005 or any other laws, for divulging/following up on any information mandated to be shared with the Child Line or Child Welface Committe, or any appropriate legal body. We will take reasonable care to protect any information shared by you from any misuse and from unauthorized access. Any information shall be disclosed only at your discretion, for instance, if you wish to share your experience with the public. If you have agreed to receive emails from Mindcarmel, your personal information may be used to send you emails about our programs, or activities. Each email shall give you the opportunity to decline to receive any further communications by unsubscribing.

Refund Policy

Customer reservations which are cancelled one week before the start of the workshop will be fully refunded. Customer reservations which are cancelled One to three (1-3) days from the beginning of the workshop, consultancy or training will be refunded, by fifty percent (50%) of the fee paid. No refund is offered for any cancellations within three days of the start of the workshop.

Refunds will be made back to the payment solution used initially by the customer. Please allow up to 30 days for the refund transfer to be completed.
